What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. We do work into evenings as necessary to give the clients flexibility.

Do you give discounts on groups or multiple bookings?
We have some standard packages for Gift certificates. These work out to 10% off regular prices. Multiple bookings, however, if they are booked with several of our estheticians, will be at the regular price.

Where do I park?
We have ample parking underground, as well as meter parking along 6th and 7th Avenues. There is also free street parking along 6th Avenue across Burrard street.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment, much like if one sees a doctor or a lawyer.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of your booking if we get less than three hours notice.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
You are welcome to come in person. If that is not convenient, we can accomplish the transaction over the phone with your name, the recipients name, service required or a dollar amount, mailing address and credit card number.

Can I bring children?
You are welcome to bring children as long as you are prepared to occupy them with books, colorings and any other quiet activities.
